TRUE NORTH

Unscripted Latitude

True North isn’t just a direction—it’s a calling.
It’s not simply a point on a compass, but a feeling in my bones—the quiet, magnetic pull that says this way, even when the map disagrees. It doesn’t lead to a fixed destination. It leads to a kind of journey that feels alive, unpredictable, untamed, and undeniably ours.

In travel, following True North means embracing the unexpected:
It’s pausing for coffee in a tiny village because something about the window light stops you.
It’s chasing a sunrise you didn’t plan for, it’s sliding down a dirt hillside to be the only people sitting in a cove with a beautiful beach-not sure how we’ll get back to the top, it’s letting curiosity rewrite your schedule.
It’s saying yes to detours, to wandering, and to the world as it unfolds in real time.

This isn’t about ticking off places on a list, it’s more about checking in—with ourselves, with the world, with what moves us. It’s following curiosity over convenience, intuition over itinerary.

To follow your True North is to wander soul-first.
It’s not about where we think we should be—
It’s about where our spirits need to go.
Sometimes that’s a windswept cliff.
Sometimes a midnight street market, buzzing with music and spice.
Sometimes it’s just the sound of our own footsteps on an unfamiliar trail.

That’s where our real stories begin.
Where the unexpected becomes unforgettable.
Where we find, again and again, that we are exactly where we’re meant to be.

True North is the adventure you didn’t plan—
but were always meant to live.

Italy

If you’ve ever wondered what happens when curiosity, a rental car, and a questionable grasp of Italian collide, you’re in luck. This next update is all about our whirlwind adventures through Italy, where we learned that “scenic route” sometimes just means “we’re lost but there’s wine.”

From alleyway cafés to mountain towns that don’t show up on Google Maps (but absolutely do serve the best pasta of your life), Italy surprised us in every way possible—mostly by how often we accidentally ordered two desserts. Oops

Stay tuned. There will be laughter, chaos, cappuccinos, and photographic evidence of one of the best places in the world to visit. 🍷🍝
